Russian River // October 5th 2023

Steelhead Beach to Guernewood Rd // 8 miles // 5 hrs

We put in at Steelhead Beach for a really mellow paddle down to the Russian River Pub where we left our boats down by the water and walked up for lunch.

After lunch we fought with the afternoon wind for a while until we reached the take out about a half mile south of Johnsons Beach. Somewhere along the way Ryan took on water and dumped, but recovered quickly.

It was another amazing day along a beautiful stretch of the Russian River.
